Playstation has announced that all games available for pre-order on the Playstation Store will also be pre-loaded up to several days in advance of that game’s official launch.

Ever since the launch of the Xbox One last November, gamers have had to rely on the Xbox One SmartGlass app in order to view their achievement progress when not at their console as the achievements on the Xbox Live website are limited to Xbox 360 and Windows achievements – something that was somewhat puzzling to say the least.

Canadian Supreme Court Upholds Internet Users’ Right to Privacy
Earlier this morning, the Canadian Supreme Court ruled on a recent case before them which examined the legality of voluntary warrantless disclosure of subscriber information from an internet service provider (ISP) to law enforcement. Matthew David Spencer was charged and convicted after a police officer tracked illegal child pornography file downloads to his IP address. The police officer was able to obtain Spencer’s real identity – without a search warrant – by asking his ISP (Shaw) for the customer information attached to that IP address which then allowed the police to track Spencer down.
Samsung Announces Galaxy Tab S
Yesterday, Samsung announced the 10.5 and 8.4-inch Galaxy Tab S tablets. Samsung is touting these Super AMOLED devices as their thinnest and lightest tablets to date.
“The tablet is becoming a popular personal viewing device for enjoying content, which makes the quality of the display a critical feature,” said JK Shin, CEO and President of IT & Mobile Division, Samsung Electronics. “With the launch of the Galaxy Tab S, Samsung is setting the industry bar higher for the entire mobile industry.
